Efficient transnasal esophagoscopy for visualization and management of esophageal disorders
PrimeSightTM transnasal esophagoscopy (TNE) systems combine state-of-the-art endoscope technology with the EndoSheath protective barrier for immediate and efficient diagnosis of the esophageal anatomy. In addition, the system offers on-the-spot biopsy capability.
The thin, flexible PrimeSight TNE-5000 endoscope is easily inserted through the nose to view the vocal folds, larynx, esophagus and stomach/GE junction. It is optimal for initial consults for esophageal disorders, the management of Barrett’s Esophagus, detection of esophageal cancer, and other disorders such as esophagitis and hiatal hernias. Sedation for this procedure is not necessary, minimizing patients’ time away from work or other activities.
Using the PrimeSight endoscope with the sterile, single-use EndoSheath product allows you to take esophagoscopy efficiency to the next level with less instrument preparation and disinfection downtime.
